Training

1 on 1 Strength & Conditioning

This training is for young athletes 12 to 18, wanting to improve athleticism and more importantly, prevent possible non-contact injuries that may occur. Athletes will increase speed, strength, power and agility through different movement patterns that will translate to their respective sports(s).

1 on 1 Personal Training

In person training clients will get a more personable experience being able to have someone to guide them through the workout and give specific advice on exercises and how to execute them. This is recommended for someone just starting out on their fitness journey or someone who needs an accountability partner.

Online Personal Training

Online clientele will get personalized workouts to perform on their own time at home or at the gym of their choice. Each workout will include exercises, descriptions, and videos if needed. Questions, comments or concerns about the workouts can be answered through any way of communication set up with Jaime.
