Founder
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science Exercise Science Wellness & Fitness from Troy University and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Sports Performance Specialist. Jaime is an Exercise Specialist who has worked with over 100 clients of all fitness levels between the ages of 12 and 95. His aim is to create strong and more functional bodies and help people in all walks of life feel healthier.
Jaime also has a passion for working with the youth and is a volunteer coach for the non-profit youth track & field organization “Athens Youth Academy”. He was a part of the organization as an athlete from 2010-2017 before aging out and going to further his education at Troy University. At Troy, he found his love for exercise as well as working with the young people. With that, he decided to pursue a career as an exercise professional working with young athletes in the strength and conditioning/ sports performance world as well as personal training. After graduating and working as an Exercise Specialist at the St. Mary’s Wellness Center (Athens Ga.), Jaime realized he also enjoyed working with clients of all ages (even some well into their eighties and nineties).

Gladiator Strength caters not only to the people who are well into their fitness journey, but also ones who are just starting out, needing the guidance and support to reach their goals. Everyone has a different starting point, goal and training style they might like. Most gyms and trainers have a specific type of client they are looking for, but at Gladiator Strength, each individual is welcome at the Colosseum. If you are looking for online training programs or know any young athletes wanting to improve speed, strength, agility, and movement patterns, Gladiator Strength is the way to go.
Young track athletes looking to excel in the sport are also welcome. When pairing strength training along with event specific training, the athlete will be able to improve his/her abilities in the sport through movements that translate to their event, prevent injuries, and prepare their bodies for the stressors that come with a particular event.
